Riding in groups
Horseback riding is one of the first sports activities practiced by man. Noble and complex, it combines the thought and the physique of the human with that of the horse in order to achieve a common goal. The Royal Equestrian Club provides companies and groups with its team and all its infrastructure.

Why ride a horse?
1
The connection with nature
It's good for morale. Riding brings you closer to nature, animals, the seasons and completely disconnects from the rest
3
Control of his body
Horseback riding develops balance and motor skills. You learn to use your legs, your plate, your back, your hands, your shoulders; Limb independence (hands without legs, legs without hands)
5
Team spirit
Even if riding is a solitary sport, it is most often practiced collectively. It's a great way to make friends. Horseback riding is a great way to express yourself when you are shy or have trouble reaching out to others.
2
Control of his mind
Mastering an animal stronger than us challenges our emotional intelligence. The horse is an “emotional sponge”. If his rider is stressed, the horse may worry. On horseback, you forget all your problems. You learn to be Zen.
4
The sense of responsibilities
Horse riding is practiced with respect for the animal. It is important to practice this sport while being aware of the horse's mood and health.
6
Rigor
It is a school of rigor and perseverance where one cannot be satisfied with the approximate. You have to be precise, tenacious and patient. Horseback riding develops concentration.
